Flourishing Ecosystems for Stronger Neighborhoods
Neighborhoods are ecosystems that require all of their members--residents, associations, and institutions,-- to collaborate for the wellbeing of the whole.
The Center for Transformative Neighborhoods (CTN) at Trinity Christian College was established in 2023 to help leaders and institutions see and connect the gifts of their ecosystems for community flourishing.
Drawing from the Christian principles of love of neighbor, abundance, generosity, and interconnection, we guide leaders to activate infrastructures of abundance that extend collective and holistic flourishing in their local context.
We take a neighborhood based approach and work in the following ways:
- We convene: We invite leaders in different sectors to connect and imagine a future together by unlocking possibility through relational currencies.
- We Co-create: We equip leaders to see their ecosystem, connect its members, and collaborate in mutuality through trainings, and celebrations.
- We Celebrate: We equip leaders through storytelling and learning journeys.
